I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding my stay at Roatán Media Luna Resort affiliated by Meliá between 18th and 21st of March 2026, in the room # 108. The bathroom floor in my room was in very poor condition, as evidenced in the photographs previously provided. The deterioration of the flooring not only affected the aesthetics of the room but also raised concerns regarding safety and proper maintenance standards expected from a property affiliated with the Meliá brand. This situation significantly impacted on the comfort and quality of my stay. I trust that Meliá upholds high standards across its affiliated properties, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. Given the circumstances, I respectfully request appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. Considering the condition of the room and the impact on my stay, I believe a compensation equivalent to 30–40% of the total amount paid would be reasonable. This place is a gem. Booked for a layover day and would definitely consider going back. Convenient location great services. Amazing access to good wading on a good sized flat with bonefish. Looked like great dive shop.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Paradise Hotel, Roatán Paradise Hotel exceeded all of our expectations! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The location is fantastic, with beautiful beach views and easy access to everything in the area. The breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, making our stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the excellent customer service and the relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. We felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend Paradise Hotel to anyone visiting Roatán. We had an amazing experience and will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
